Description
Following the erection of the Leisure and Shopping Centre, Centro Oberhausen, 8 multistorey car parks, with a capacity for
10,500 cars, have been built in cooperation with the Domostatik AG Zürich. For this purpose pre-stressed seamless floor plates with
reinforcements at the pillar heads and at the edges were used. The pillars are situated in a regular pattern with distances of
15.50 m and 7.50 m respectively. The floor plates rest on pre-fabricated rocking piers and cast in situ walls, which are the
stabilizing elements of the structure.
